Bowl Butler is a premium meal prep service designed to make healthy eating effortless. We deliver fresh, chef-prepared meals straight to your door, helping you stay on track with a nutritious diet—even during your busiest weeks. Forget the hassle of cooking, unhealthy supermarket ready meals, or overpriced takeaways. With Bowl Butler, your fridge is always stocked with wholesome, delicious meals ready to enjoy whenever you are.
How do I place an order?
Ordering from Bowl Butler is quick and simple:
1. Choose your protein preference – we’ll tailor your menu options accordingly.
2. Select how many meals you'd like – perfect for planning your week.
3. Pick your meals – mix and match from our rotating, chef-prepared menu.
4. Add breakfasts and snacks – optional, but highly recommended!
5. Checkout – we’ll handle the rest and deliver your meals straight to your door on Sunday
Do I have to subscribe to weekly meals?
No, there’s no commitment required! You can choose between a one-time purchase or our weekly subscription.
If you subscribe, you can log in each week and select your meals before the Tuesday 10pm deadline. Or, if you prefer, we’ll choose meals for you based on your protein preferences—easy, flexible, and tailored to your taste.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order any time before our weekly order deadline: Tuesday at 10pm. Just send us a message via the Contact Us page and we’ll take care of it.
After the deadline, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders. This is because we immediately begin sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing everything needed to fulfill your delivery. We appreciate your understanding!
Where do you source your food from?
We’re proud of every ingredient that goes into our meals. Wherever possible, we source our produce from trusted local suppliers to ensure everything is fresh, seasonal, and of the highest quality. Supporting local means better flavour, better nutrition, and a better impact on the community.
Can I freeze the meals?
Absolutely! If you plan to eat your meals after Thursday, we recommend freezing them as soon as they’re delivered to lock in freshness.
To defrost, simply move your meals to the fridge the night before you plan to eat them and allow them to defrost for 24 hours. Always make sure meals are fully defrosted before reheating.
How do I check ingredients or allergens before ordering?
Every meal on our menu includes a full ingredient list and allergen breakdown before you add it to your cart, so you’ll know exactly what’s inside.
Please note: while we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, all our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles all major allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing your order.
How does my food stay cool?
Once your meals are freshly cooked, they’re blast chilled and refrigerated to lock in freshness. We then pack them in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes with ice packs to keep everything cool during transit—so your meals arrive fresh, safe, and ready to store.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Yes! We’re committed to sustainability in every part of our process—including our packaging:
* Meal containers are made from natural, plant-based materials and are biodegradable. Just remove the laminated film and pop the container in your compost or general waste.
* Plastic lids and sauce pots are fully recyclable.
* Delivery boxes can go straight into your recycling bin.
* Ice packs can be reused or emptied and recycled—just snip a corner, drain the gel into the bin, and recycle the plastic sleeve.
What areas do you deliver to, and when?
We deliver nationwide across the UK, with all orders arriving on Sundays—perfect for starting your week fresh. To receive your meals on the upcoming Sunday, just make sure to place your order by 10pm on Tuesday.
What if I’m not going to be home?
No problem! If you won’t be in on delivery day, just leave clear delivery instructions at checkout for a safe place to leave your box. Our insulated, temperature-controlled packaging keeps your meals fresh for up to 24 hours.
Please note: if you live in a multi-storey building, we strongly recommend being home to ensure the courier can access your property. Our drivers will always do their best to leave your meals safely at your address.
